Building an AI Content Engine: A Full-Stack Guide to Autonomous Reel Production
The full stack, the tools, and a master prompt to build your own agentic workflow.
The Thesis

The marketers who win the next decade won't be the ones who use AI. They'll be the ones who build with it.

Most marketers are layering AI onto existing workflows. Very few are redesigning workflows around AI. This journal documents what it looks like to operate on the other side of that gap. Real systems, real results, from someone who's shipping.

What we explore

System Design

Marketing systems that run, learn, and compound. Not campaigns that start and stop.

AI-Native Workflows

How marketing work gets done with AI at the core, not bolted on.

Experiments & Playbooks

Real tests, real results. What actually works when you operate this way.

Positioning & Strategy

Human judgement as competitive advantage. Taste and direction AI can't replace.

Agent Orchestration

From assistants to agents. Designing AI that executes autonomously.

Growth Loops

Publish, measure, refine, redistribute. Compounding over bursts.

Who writes this

Hey, I'm Kate.

I spent years in growth and product marketing. Then I started building. Vibe coding mobile apps. Designing AI agents and agentic workflows. Shipping real products end-to-end as a solo founder. Somewhere along the way, the line between marketer and product builder disappeared completely.

This journal is my playground. It's where I document the systems I'm building, the experiments I'm running, the things that work, the things that spectacularly don't, and everything in between.

If you're a marketer who's curious about what happens when you stop using AI as a tool and start building with it as a co-pilot, you're in the right place.
